DYKOTE ***0 is a synthetic metalworking fluid for grinding and machining of all ferrous metals. It is designed to resist microbial degradation in most harsh operating conditions and can be cycled for longer life use. DYKOTE ***0 is recommended for use in grinding: I.D., O.D., Centerless, machining of all ferrous metals including carbon-cast steel, grey iron, and high alloy steel. DYKOTE ***0 is used in most cutting operations (milling, drilling, turning, reaming, light duty broaching, tapping, sawing) diluted in water at concentration **5% and diluted **3 % in grinding operations. It can be used neat as it is in some slow and severe operations. DYKOTE ***0 has foam resistance characteristics to resist high-pressure applications. The ideal concentration ratio should fall between 1:*0 and 1:*5 and can easily be monitored by refractometer or alkaline titration using the normal titration kit.
